Rosebud McCormick Foundation
The Rosebud McCormick Foundation, Inc. was chartered on September 27, 1956. The organization was organized for educational and/or eleemosynary purposes and is to aid members of the Georgia Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs, Inc. It is governed, managed and operated by a Board of Trustees composed of all active Past State Presidents of the Georgia Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs, Inc., living in Georgia. The term of office is for life. The membership of the Board is increased by the addition of a Past State President at the end of the term of office.
Annual Meeting of the Board is held prior to the State Conference. A report of activities of the Foundation is made to the State Conference body.
Organizations and members may make contributions and donations, either as memorials to members or their families, or from their annual budget.
A memorial gift to the Foundation is a thoughtful gift-a living tribute to someone loved so that others may be helped.
Every contribution is acknowledged with an official receipt to the donor. A memorial card is sent to the family of the deceased, or to the person honored, with the name of the person honored, and the name or names of the donor. The amount of the gift is not indicated.
